You would think President Trump said some really terrible salacious words in his speech to 45,000 Boy Scouts and their parents and leaders. Locally we had a supposed "Eagle Scout" slam Trump and say he was embarrassed by the speech. So I decided to listen to the whole speech on YOUTUBE and guess what? All this criticism is BS! There was nothing out of line or salacious and it was quite inspiring. Remember the Scouts are mostly young males and full of energy. They listened and cheered Trump throughout the 41 minutes of his speech. The press never showed you the crowd, not once. And Trump pointed out that the press would not. Anyone see the crowd pictures? NOPE! Anyone hear the cheering? NOPE> The press is truly biased and they peddle fake news at every turn.
If you take the time to listen to the speech you can judge for yourselves what he said and the message. To me he was praiseworthy and proud. 10 members of his cabinet were Boy Scouts. Mike Pence too. And he praised Gerald R. Ford who had been a Eagle Scout. He told the young men they could succeed if they stuck to the Scout Oath and worked hard. His message was fine and he was well received.
But that is the problem with the critics. Even the local jerk who panned his speech could not hack the fact Trump was cheered. Chants of USA, USA were yelled out throughout the speech. And his message of individual achievement and "nose to the grindstone" was well received. But not by the left. They want those Scouts to be lemmings. Get on the Big Government train and anything else is a bad thing. So Trump's message gets drowned out and panned by the failures in charge of the press and the message. Listen to the speech. See if your opinion is it was just fine or not. Liberals hate the speech as they can't fathom people actually living the oath. The left is a "anything goes" mental state and that just does not fit into the scout world.
Americans got shortchanged by the fake media again. I suggest if you read any story on Trump you go check out the video and audio before believing anything they say.
