Last Night's Dream!

  1. Or we could talk about today's new Polls - CNN and Fox- showing Obama now up 7 and 9 points respectively. Real Clear Politics showing the President opening up a 4 point+ lead on the rolling averages of polls.

Romney inspires NO ONE. Thats the problem.

    1. Don't ya' get it? They are suckering you into a false
      sense of security.
But don't expect those numbers to last. The flat out lie of an add
isn't going to go over well. Then the stealing of pensions to
pay back the union vote isn't sitting well either.

    2. I fully expect the numbers to hold. Obama is eating Romney's lunch in the campaign because Mittens is a vacuous Wall Street Ken Doll without an apparent heart or soul.

  2. We could only hope.( for that change)

  3. None of the polling means squat until later. No worries.

    2. Oops! LOL.

And yet the 9%+ for Obama was FOX NEWS! Certainly Todd, Bonnie and Walt would support Fox.

I agree more and more with what Bonnie says- Ailes may indeed be doing that to rile up the fear and panic-reactions of the loyal right wing base.

    3. Robert we are independent minded people and we read all sides. Unlike liberals who would never accept FOX or the WSJ. I look into the polls themselves to see how hey are weighted to better understand the results. Unlike liberal sheeple who don't look past the results. The poll was weighted 9% heavy on democrats for one thing. Go read the poll pages and then you will understand why we are not lemmings for anyone.

    4. In Todd's world- the only poll worth looking at, the only one out of the dozen major polls run by political professionals and statistical gurus, is that single outlier poll favoring Romney. The other 11 professional polls, including the WSJ and Fox, are each skewed by the influence of the left wing media and the Obama team. All 11 of them. Gotcha. Makes total sense.

    5. Way too early not too worry. Reagan was down 20 points or so about this time if I recall.

    6. So again, as the other person asked, why did you make an entire post to focus on a single poll -in JULY - that supported Mittens?

    7. Credit to you for your intellectual dishonesty in your posts.

    8. Why thanks. I love it when a liberals actually claims others are dishonest. What a hoot!

  4. The polling is one way of manipulating morons.

  5. Maybe you're right. The polls probably manipulate Republicans and Tea Party types by creating yet more fear- this time fear of a second term.

  6. The Election 2012 is officially over. Huff Post reports Paul Ryan as VP.

Good BYRE Mittens, GOOD bye Mittens, good bye Mittens....we hate to see you go!

The heartless, uber-capitalist, robotic Ken Doll has picked the perfect mate. And we LOVE IT!

    2. The Ryan Plan will be utterly DESTROYED by the Presdient and Vice President. Americans are not heartless thugs like the 2 cold Republicans. No growth austerity ain't going to cut it.

    3. So you support Obamacare and the democrats swiping our parents and grandparents Medicare money then? 500 billion bucks and in its place some "death panels" for granny.

      Delete
    4. Yes, I fully support the Affordable Care Act, the foundation of which was built by Republican ideas (Heritage Foundation, etc), and Mitt Romney himself. Credit must go to those visionary Republicans for getting Universal Healthcare started.

There are no death panels. But keep drinking your Tea and Kool Aid.

    5. The proof is in the pudding. It has death panels and a tax on your house when you sell it. It is a monstrosity and I don't care who had ideas about it in the past it is unAmerican.

Not to worry, it will be history on January 21, 2013.

      Delete
    6. You're half right on that last sentence- not worried in the least.

Two Ken Dolls are worse than one for the Repubs. Obama and Biden will take these guys apart.

    7. Don't know how many people I've had to correct on this ludicrous notion of paying a tax on you house when you sell it. That tax does not apply to one's homestead; investment property only valued over $250,000 +/-, I've forgotten the exact amout, but have the figure soewhere in my files. And the rate is about 3,5%. Or you can continue to pay through higher premiums for the free loaders who use the E.R.s and bankrupt many a once fiscally sound hospital.

    8. Well gollyEdP , maybe you need to go ask your favorite Title Company. Then you miy know the answer.

Robert, I worked the booth at the Fair last night and everyone was excited and glad that Romney picked Ryan. I asked the women who stopped for their views on this and they wee all approving, not one dissent. The democrats were very scared. Romney/Ryan, they will clean Obama/Biden's clock. Rasmussen we are up over the O.

  7. Look at it this way. "O" is burning up cash and little coming in.
Mitt and crew and just holding their fire.
The bald faced lies, and accusations, from the left might stick for a week or so,
then be old news. What will be the next smear for the Left? They can't get much lower than they have already.
You've burned up your ammo too soon into the fight.

On a lighter not, this article isn't going to sit well with the Tea Party.
I hope Mr R gets a glance at it.

  9. On one hand, you have a bold campaign during which the future of the United States will be debated and discussed. On the other hand, you have an Obama campaign that calls the opponent a murder and a felon (NO IDEAS).

The Choice is clear - Romney/Ryan

  10. I loved hearing today the Progressives wizzing and moaning
about the Ryan budget. At least HIS got voted on and passed
in the lower house. So..... Just how well did ANY of Obummer'a
(ha)budgets fly?? Uhhhh,, someone remind me of how many votes
they got?? Let alone from the Dems???
The Progressives got their fiscal can kicked down the road.
Just what they wanted. Now they have the brass ones to complain
    about Ryan's budget?
Good old Harry got you into this by not letting any bills
hit the Senate floor.( he had Democrat seats that he was "protecting".
His words,, not mine.) 30 plus bills, and many have budget issues in them.
So just who isn't working to pass a budget?

    2. I understand what you wrote about the budgets Walt. When a lefty is left speechless in regards to the truth, they always doi a spell check. What a hoot.

Obama will be the only president in our history I believe who will have never passed a budget in his term. His proposed budget this year got not one vote even from his own party. Reminds me of the Kyoto Treaty of Clinton/Gore.

Harry Reid is the worst Presiding Senator in my lifetime. He is nasty, mean and worst of all, he does not do the people's work (budgets). He will be history as far as leadership after November 6.

  12. A tad off topic.. I found an article in one of our states papers,
that is sure to put the eco gang into a new break dancing move.
Think they are peeved now? There is a bill in Washington that will strip
them of any funding if they keep on this "anti dam" craze they are on.
"the legislation introduced this month would strip federal funding from environmental groups that have challenged hydropower facilities in court over the past decade. The bill further would block federal money from being used to study or undertake dam removals, save for the rare occasion when Congress has authorized the action."

So get the popcorn ready when this hits Izzy and the gang. The money teet may soon run dry.( if we are lucky)
