This is page 14 of 24 filed by Steve Frisch CEO of the "non-profit". He claims I am lying when I say 99% of his "non-profit" is government and/or publicly funded. Well line 14, and remember he challenged us all to go look, shows 98.5% of SBC is publicly funded. I was off by .5%, sorry. So it would appear he is upset on another blog here in our community that the SBC is funded pretty much by money other than private money wouldn't you say? Of course Steve Frisch calls me a liar so he can divert attention from the truth. But, the page is from his tax return and I will just let the reader decide who is the liar. His 2010 return is still not up as of this hour today. I wonder what percentage the "public" is in 2010?
HERE is the link to the AG's list of retrns by SBC. What a way to spend our money! Oh, when the AG screen arrives just type in Sierra Business Council in the organization name box. Have fun!
You are a liar Todd.
ReplyDeleteWhat you said, originally on Rebane's, then here, and then on Russ's blog, was that "SBC is 98% government funded".
That is not true.
Now you are amending that to say "government and/or publicly" funded.
Then you go on to say, " SBC is funded pretty much by money other than private money".
The definition of "publicly funded" according to the IRS definition, is all revenue that applies to the purpose for which you are chartered, including donations, earned income, private funding and government funding.
Here are the instructions:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i990sa.pdf
So, in short, you are a liar, and a libeler pure and simple.
Of course when you ran a "non-profit" you lied as well about the fact that you were not chartered as a non-profit, virtually inviting your donors to commit tax fraud. I wonder if they knew how you put them at risk?
Steve Frisch
No Steve Frisch, you are simply a lying liberal but that us SOP for you. You seem to spread your untruths just about everywhere on the blogs. You post on line 14 "public" and now you try and redefine some phony baliney explanation. I would suggest you stay off the twinkie defense.
ReplyDeleteHow much did the government pay for your trip to Communist China? Give us a lie.
ReplyDeleteCABPRO was always a for profit and unlike you, making $100,000 bucks plus expenses every year, I never took a salary, I volunteered my time to expose the phony-baloney non profits. Are you a phoney-baloney StveF? What a hoot.
ReplyDeleteWait just one minute. Now Steve has aroused my interest. If "publicly funded" is all revenue that applies to the "purpose for which you are chartered", then what purposes has SBC been involved in that it isn't "chartered" for?
ReplyDeleteIntriguing indeed!
Darn I have to go home now until a start work again tomorrow.
Have fun!
None, BW, the other 1% is interest income. By you guys are stupid.
ReplyDeleteSteve Frisch
I agree, CABPRO was always a for profit, but you lied on the front page of your web site for years, until I noticed it, then Martin took it down in the middle of the night? So how many people over those years do you think took tax deductions?
ReplyDeleteHypocrite.
Steve Frisch
Golly I just did a search inside the PDF Frisch posted and types in "publicly funded" and guess what? Not one instance of those words Stevie. WTF? Now here is what you wrote above
ReplyDelete"The definition of "publicly funded" according to the IRS definition, is all revenue that applies to the purpose for which you are chartered, including donations, earned income, private funding and government funding. "
Liars never prosper Stevie.
No we never lied Stevie, you are the hypocrite, you take hardworking people's money and waste it on government make work ratholes. You are why America is going down the crapper, you are leech. Who paid for your trip to commie land? Is that going to show up on your 2010's? Still no posting for the 2010's on the AG website. Where is it?
ReplyDeleteI have the screen shot Todd, you lied, and you put your friends and donors at risk. Just like you did those who lent you money to build on spec, and the taxpayers had to bail you out.
ReplyDeleteSteve Frisch
Not for profit means you are not making a profit. Please point to a definition in the IRS that supports your position. Oh, like the phony one you just placed above, you can't. You are simply a bloviator and have nothing to back up your hot air. You are a leech, we don't take taxpayers money, never have.
ReplyDeleteRegarding mu spec, sorry SteveF you got nothing but keep on trying. What a hoot twinkie boy.
Oh, and SteveieF, read the pageshot and you will see the words that will set you free man. Consult your account! What a hoot!
ReplyDeleteThanks Todd for turning over this rock. Non profits should be just that. N.P... That includes the people than run the damned things. Minimum wage should be it. That way the "donated" money might actually have a chance to go where it was intended. Not some administrators pocket.
ReplyDeleteAs for someones trip. Maybe that was paid for by his hosts. Checking in with the boss maybe?
Yopu are welcome Walt. I see two naked link comments I had to remove and I bet we know who that was. Anyway the naked links were on standard paperwork accompanying a spec loan. What a hoot!
ReplyDeleteHere's the non-profit definition info as you don't seem to again know what you're talking about:
ReplyDeleteNonprofit organization (abbreviated as NPO) is neither a legal nor technical definition but generally refers to an organization that uses surplus revenues to achieve its goals, rather than distributing them as profit or dividends. States in the United States defer to the IRS designation conferred under United States Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c), when the IRS deems an organization eligible. They may or may not have shareholders. [1]
While Not-for-profit organizations are permitted to generate surplus revenues they must be retained by the organization for its self-preservation, expansion, or plans.[2] NPOs have controlling members or boards. Many have paid staff including management, while others employ unpaid volunteers and even executives who work without compensation (or that work for a token fee, such as $10 per year).[3] Where there is a token fee, in general, it is used to meet legal requirements for establishing a contract between the executive and the organization.
Designation as a non-profit and an intent to make money are not related in the United States. This means nothing can be conferred by the declaration. It is unclear whether or not this holds outside of the U.S. In the United States, such inference is the purpose of the Internal Revenue Code, Section 501(c). The extent to which an NPO can generate surplus revenues may be constrained or use of surplus revenues may be restricted.
Steve Wynn
I knew Wynn was a sock puppet of Frisch. Thanks for outing yourself. Oh and the Spec house paperwork is a standard part of the contract. Frisch and Wynn the Frisch sock puppet are simply ignorant.
ReplyDeleteYou are just ignorant Steve one and two. Read your contract for your house and you will find the paperwork placed in adavance and recordeed which then gives the mortgage company the fast track on a default. You simply are an ignoramus.
ReplyDeleteWhat a hoot!
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by a blog administrator.
ReplyDeleteSteve Wynn is a sock puppet so adios.
ReplyDeleteGolly the sock puppets came out to attack me wuth spam after did this expose on the SNC. Why do you think that might happen? Oh, yeah, the truth exposes the chicanery and right from their own IRS tax returns!
ReplyDeleteYou would think I was running for President they way these "Friends" of Steve and the others are showing their fangs. What a hoot!
Steve Frisch is a fraud. Period. I don't care about the semantics surrounding "non-profit." The fact is Steve is sucking from the titty of the bankrupt state of CA.
ReplyDeletePoint Blank: Steve Frisch has ZERO environmental education, ZERO business education and ZERO business taking any money from any government entity in pursuit of his scam. Frisch is in fact a leech that is unable to engage in respectable business pursuits wherein a willing buyer pays for products services rendered.
The fact that Frisch takes tax dollars and pretends to be an environmental business consultant while in fact being nothing more than a trained chef should be brought to the attention of this community. I will do my small part, you can believe that.
Signed,
None of your business Steve.

ReplyDelete"Notice of Defaults" - are not 'standard'; In California, lenders typically do not file a Notice of Default until the borrower is at least 90 days behind in making payments. When a borrower has missed 2 payments and is 60 days behind, at that point many banks send out a 30-day notice of intent, which they are required by law to do before filing a Notice of Default.
Did you collect rents on these properties during the time you were not servicing your debt?
flake.
It appears Steve Frisch has a bunch of liens in his past Todd. What could they be. Check them out.

Since I left the previous anonymous attacking me (and w know who that was), I'll leave your link and comment. I did go and look and it appears the liens on Steve Frisch are from the federal government. My guess is either non payment of taxes or non payment of payroll taxes. I do understand the feds can make mistakes but it appears that there are too many liens to say that would be so. Depending on the reason, I would say not paying the taxes withheld from employee wages would be the most egregious followed by perhaps failing to file federal taxes on Tax Day.
ReplyDeleteWow, I went to the Recorders office! Amazing!
ReplyDeleteAFter enduring claims by Steve Frisch about hypocrisy of others, I think I may post some of the documents I obtained regarding the Passage.
ReplyDeleteI'll be posting soon. It will be fun! The question I may ask is do the folks know who they hired?
