Occupy Wall Street, Obama and your ilk please embrace them more!

Obama, the democrat party and even down to our local leftwingnut bloggers think the OWS folks are representing them and the general American dislike of banks.  Well, Doug Schoen, a fabled democrat pollster has found out the fantasy of these lefty supporters is simply that, a fantasy.  HERE is the WSJ article penned by Schoen.  His polling of the OWS folks (200 in depth)  gives everyone a inside view of these people.

Schoen state this,

"Yet the Occupy Wall Street movement reflects values that are dangerously out of touch with the broad mass of the American people—and particularly with swing voters who are largely independent and have been trending away from the president since the debate over health-care reform."

Now, compare that statement based on his direct interviews with the OWS folks with the lamestream media and the local lefty bloggers.  They claim the OWS are "mainstream" for goodness sakes!  Of course we conservatives knew from the beginning these "protesters" were bought and paid for by George Soros and the unions.  Sure, there are some satellite  protests around the country that contain people who bought into the contrived lies, even here in little Nevada County.  They leftista's are going to have another rally and I actually think that is great.

What is interesting to me is the OWS that has been embraced by the mainstream left actually disapproves of them and Obama 51-49!  Most of them have jobs yet the press seems to find and interview the few who don't.  Even the local left is  misinformed about the people they are supporting it gives us all pause regarding their intelligence.  Some local leftwingnut extremist bloggers want the OWS to sit down with the Tea Party Patriots and sing "kumbaya"!  I don't think polar opposites regarding our economic system will do that, but who knows?  Even Eric Cantor, the Republican Majority Leader intimated that OWS had some points.  Sure they do, the polling by Schoen says the OWS actually hate the politicians and the process of Washington D.C. more than they hate the banks!

Schoen goes on to describe in more detail these OWS folks.

"Our research shows clearly that the movement doesn't represent unemployed America and is not ideologically diverse. Rather, it comprises an unrepresentative segment of the electorate that believes in radical redistribution of wealth, civil disobedience and, in some instances, violence."

So please local lefty bloggers, tell us where the similarities are with the Tea Party?  Not one TPP has ever espoused violence that I can find.  Not one wants to throw the country under the bus, the TPP simply want the country returned to its founding principals and fiscal sanity.  The OWS are simply leftwing extremists where the TPP are simply concerned voters, banding together in peaceful protests.  So, please, you lefty bloggers here and across America, you democrat politicians and hacks too, embrace these people, hug them, kiss their cheeks, have dinner on the Park lawn with them, please, do it.  Then let us all see the results on MSNBC and FOX.  My guess is, the OWS are fading to the dustbin fairly soon and the TPP will still be here.  The TPP, is a real movement, the OWS is a lefty party on the green, and a hangover is coming soon.

  2. Some Tea Party groups have supported and have even helped some OWS gatherings:

  4. I also think Occupy will end up peeling off a decent percentage of the secular Tea Party members who are fed up with the infusion of Evangelical dogma into their movement.

  5. Peeling off a percentage?? What ever you say....
More like add TO our numbers, now that the Commies and Nazis have joined the crowd. Who would want to be associated with those people? NOT ME.. Momma always said. " Your judged by the company you keep".

  6. The Tea Party is not a religious movement. So you have made a fatal error Hank. Their website is simple and economic. You have played the wrong hand.

  7. Nah nah Todd. Gradually, the movement is being exposed for what it BECAME. The Southern Strategy, remember that? Appealing to crackers and bible thumpers through fear. The Tea movement has lost its mojo. Occupy isn't going anywhere. Its here to stay until change happens. Through Occupy and the various social media today, the jig is clearly up on economic suppression of the majority. How ya going to hold back the 99% from extacting changes from the 1%? Think the 99% is just going to cave in and go home? Not. This is a broad and deep coalition that's fed up with simplicity and trickle down, proven to fail. Our democracy is now adjusting, as it surely was scheduled to- with that kind of ridiculous income and wealth disparity. Goood riddence status quo.

  8. Wow, so you are a OWS eh? Well that certainly explains your illiterate economic ideas. No, the TPP are what you see is what you get. You just want it to be want you want it to be ain't gonna happen.. The TPP will turnout and vote, the OWS won't. Simple as that. Since you have bought into the lie of 99 and one, you will be unable to move into any solutions, only violence, and we all knew that is what you are all about. Take by force.
