Republicans and Trump Stand Firm, Democrats defeated

The denocratsdid what they always do and overeached.  The nation is opposed to what they wanted and told them so.  They put their demon tail between their legs and ran away.  Final vote 81-18 to fund the government. DACA was a bridge to far and the American people let those open border/amnesty democartsknow it.  Take care of our people first and that is what the Republicans did today.

  2. Two top FBI officials under fire for exchanging anti-Trump text messages during the 2016 election spoke of a “secret society” the day after President Trump's victory, according to two lawmakers with knowledge of the messages.

Peter Strzok -- a top counterintelligence official involved in both the Hillary Clinton email probe and FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe -- exchanged more than 50,000 messages with senior FBI lawyer Lisa Page, with whom he was romantically involved.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., and Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, said Monday that among the messages the pair exchanged are references to a “secret society” within the Department of Justice and the FBI.

“We learned today about information that in the immediate aftermath of [Trump’s] election, that there may have been a secret society of folks within the Department of Justice and the FBI -- to include Page and Strzok -- that would be working against him,”

How long will it take you Ricardo brains take to figure out what is going on here?
It's not a witch but a kill hunt as they want President gone.
Is that too hard to understand?
The FBI is more corrupt than any crime syndicate and needs to be shut down yesterday.
The DOJ, is not a Department of Justice but a bunch of out of control idiots who wishes to destroy individual freedom.
We as voters, those of us that elected Donald Trump President will not allow Mueller to continue and call for his immediate dismissal, fire him now.

  3. I Believe H W Bush and his son, G W Bush led us through critical times. H W crushed Saddam and crushed his military in Desert Storm but if he had let Stormin Norman finish the job Iraq II would have not been necessary.

Regardless thats all hind sight. We have been limp dicks since the Kenyan took office in 2008 through 2016.

I thank the good Lord Hillary is not president. Mueller / Comey and his FBI should be tried for treason.

I believe if Trump uses good judgment, refuses to meet with Muller (Mule-Turds) and drag this out Muller will quit as no budget or as since this is a two edged sword I believe Mueller will call an end to it as there is enough collusion, treasonous acts and perjury committed by the FBI. Mueller if he has brain one will scurry out like the vermin he is. I'll bet his and Comey's and Mueller's bank accounts have millions of dollars for their cut of Obama's and Hillary's Uranium deal.

George W. Bush led our country through an extremely difficult time in our nation's history after the cowardly attacked by Islamic extremists on September 11, 2001.

I must add that I do not agree with HW's , GW's or Jeb Bush's constant bashing of President Trump as to me it looks like they should support President Trump and by not doing so insinuates his accomplishments in his term are accomplishing more than the Bush's could do in 16 years.

The Bush's are elitist''s and have too much blue blood and billions of dollars to care a Hoot about us folks that voted fore them.

  4. I read with interest the new Higgins retail development. My thought is as a developer of commercial properties in southern California your anchor tenant must fit the area.
Don't think Higgins Corner would be good for a Safeway, Raleys but a high end market like Nugget would be a great fit. Higher gross sales and better quality merchandise.
    Am I wrong, I don't think so.
Drive down to Roseville and check out the Nugget Market.
That would be a perfect fit.
OK, it is high end and Lake of The Pines residences are high end.
I would drive down there and I am in Grass Valey 1.6 miles south of the fairgrounds on Old Auburn Road. A short drive.
As a developer it makes sense to have a high end anchor tenant as the rest of the tenants will be higher end as well.
Might irritate Holiday Market in "Luck of The Pines"
This is not Newport Beach so who cares as 99% of the folks up here don't even know where Newport Beach is except I am .1% or less that does. 100 % know where Berkley is and that is what goofs this beautiful town up.

My comment to you, firstly I am not a dork and you don't even know me,your post: You are uninformed as the K-mart center was purchased by a Newport Development firm and will remodel it. It is an old center that is need of a rebuild and the developer has submitted renderings of the planned improvements to the city.
I have reviewed them and their submittal of elevations and interiors are worth your review. Your ignorance of the project is based on you not researching the scope of work intended.
The center is about forty or more years old and is dilapidated.
Do some research before you comment.

I loved the Owl now closed but it will reopen, soon I hope as their rack of lamb was the best I have ever had and a great old historical building inside and outside, but brick and mortar?
"Brick and mortar is overrated. Notice all the empty storefronts?"
Not true as they are being leased out now that President Trump is in and Obama is out.
Tourists that come here love the old building and dart a cross walks and fly of the curbs in front of my truck after I am 1/2 way through the cross walk.
Mindless idiots but I am responsible to keep the fools safe.
The City of Grass Valley needs to install signal lights at the Mill Street and East Main intersection as there stop signs only and thats where is no pedestrian control.

Where? I have heard stupid statements from stupid people many times but you take the cake.
Where are the empty ones? There are always vacancies but what areas are you speaking of?
Do some research and list the addresses and the street names to substantiate this statement.
A developer from Newport Beach will be doing a multi million dollar major
remodel of the K Mart / SPD this year on McKnight this year.
Their Perfoma done and planning approval is only waiting for issuance of permits.
Yes this is a "Brick and mortar building" as is the development pending for Higgins Corner.

    4. "Notice all the empty storefronts". NO, because there are very few commercial vacancies in town. The data shows we have an extremely low level of commercial vacancy. It is so low that it's driving lease rates very high. Many new businesses can't open and existing ones can't expand due to the lack of vacant commercial space. Down town Grass Valley and Nevada City are brick and mortar as are the shopping centers as is every business that is not on the internet.
