Black American tells it like it is on Ferguson, Missouri fiasco

Six minutes and 18 seconds of this fellow saying what scared ass white people can't or won't say about any issues regarding a minority.  He is tired of waiting for the "change" and he wants his fellow blacks to get going.  Over fifty years and they are still marching and whining about the police and slavery.  Good for him.  Of course he will be trashed by the Jesse and Al charlatans as a "Uncle Tom" and end up forced to shut up like Bill Cosby was forced to do.  I am sure I will be called names by the liberals for posting this and agreeing with him.  Too bad. Thanks Bonnie!

  1. yeah, the people in that town should just suck up the cold blooded murder of the unarmed kid. Chalk it up to s_ happens. Happens all the time in places like Roseville and Folsom too and you don't hear a peep.

    1. I am as dubious of the police in most cases as the most ardent SJW.....but if you have more than two or three functional neurons it's time to admit that the late Mr. Brown was going for the cops gun.....only the dimmest still think the kid was blameless in this.

    2. Perhaps the cop was a racist dim bulb, and didn't know how to react when challenged. There is mace, tasers and calls for backup before putting bullets in a kid's head.

    3. Perhaps he is.....or not! I guess we'll see!

    4. Chalk it up to an unarmed, 6'4" 300lb 18 year old "kid" who had already broken the eye socket of the cop he was advancing on.

I don't know about you but if a guy had already hit in the head that hard, was coming at me and I had a gun, I'd shoot, too. If the kid was just standing there with his hands up, as his partner in the strongarming of the convenience store was claiming, that would be one thing, but there are reportedly 12 eyewitnesses that corroborate the cop's version.

The broken eye socket is the cop's get out of jail free card; it would seem that the choice is to announce soon there will be no charges and have riots soon, have it thrown out of court and have riots in a few months, or wait for a not guilty verdict and have riots in a year or so.

To not have riots at all will take some real leadership in black communities. Maybe even the President.

    5. Ah yes, the old Fox News REPORTEDLY. Check.

Unfortunately the police in the US are not allowed to shoot to kill unarmed people from a relatively long distance, even if they get punched. Absolutely no reports the kid was shot at close range. None. Check Fox however for their take.

    6. The "kid", all 320 pounds of him, ended up pn the pavement 3 geet from the cop.

Well hopefully he can find a little time between the sixth and seventh tees to quiet the Urban Olympians in Ferguson!

    8. The kid, about to attend a trade school for heating and a/c work, was apparently 292 pounds. Smoking blunts and fresh from a strong armed theft 10 minutes earlier.

Sorry, Nonymouse, I don't get my news from Fox.

    9. I get my news from CNN, FOX and MSNBC since I like all POV's. I think the Anon who dislikes the cops watchs DailyKOS and the democrat talking points memos.

  2. The "cold blooded murder of the unarmed kid" you say. Clearly you have no grasp of reality or facts.

  3. What reality or facts do you need, past the 6, count em, 6 holes in an unarmed man. The cracker cop is going to the Big House.

    1. The unarmed man had already hit the cop hard enough to break the cop's eye socket, and by multiple witnesses, was advancing on the cop.

Sorry, but if you are coming at me with your fists and I have a gun, I am not required to engage you in a fistfight. Even if you aren't taller and have 100 lbs on me. Especially if you've already hit me in the head hard enough to break something.

This whole sad situation is not what the Rev. Sharpton says it is.

    2. no stand your ground law in MO. Cannot shoot to kill an unarmed person.

      Delete
    3. Please give us the link to bacl your points. I would like to go read them. Also, stand your ground is for civilians not cops.

      Delete
    4. Stand your ground has nothing to do with this situation.

Everywhere in the USA you can use deadly force to defend yourself.

Does the "Anonymous of 11:29 AM (Ben, is that you?) really think, for example, an octogenarian woman can't shoot an aggressor who is about to do her grievous bodily harm with their bare hands?

In the Ferguson case, the 300lb "kid" had already fractured bones in the cop's skull, was apparently said to be charging towards him. And cops do have the right to stand their ground. In all states.

      Delete
    5. He was unarmed. Tase the kid, but once you fire 6 bullets of deadly force into an unarmed civilian, you're going to be a candidate for indictment. And a young man is dead. Lets see what the facts bring out.

    6. That is the whole point of my post. Perhaps you should read it before popping off.

Now we hear there are 12 eye witnesses saying the 300 pound child was bum rushing the cop. This was after the child bashed his face in and crushed his eye socket. More "facts" every minute.

    7. Lets set the record straight. It is not true that you can use deadly force to defend yourself everywhere in the USA. Thats a stupid statement. Think you can pull a gun out in a bar fight to defend yourself against a large unarmed combatant who has an advantage? Best of luck there.

      Delete
    8. Give us some proof of your comment. You think you should just stand there and let someone kill you without defending yur life? You are nuts!

      Delete
    9. It is absolutely true that the use of deadly force for protection of self and others against is legal in every state; each state has slightly different wordings for the clear and present danger that must be shown. There's even a couple of recent SCOTUS decisions referring to that as they've restored some semblance of the 2nd to Chicago and NYC.

If you're a cop and a 300 lb. man has already smashed you one in the face (and the cop was probably dazed from the experience), you certainly have the right to shoot the guy coming at you again.
      Really, ben, get a grip.

    10. Example please of a guy firing a gun at an unarmed opponent during a bar brawl and not being charged with at a bare minimum, assault. Its not 1860 and laws have changed.

    11. Here's the law in New York, Ben:
A person may not use deadly physical force upon another person
under circumstances specified in subdivision one unless:
      (a) The actor reasonably believes that such other person is using or
about to use deadly physical force. Even in such case, however, the
actor may not use deadly physical force if he or she knows that with
complete personal safety, to oneself and others he or she may avoid the
necessity of so doing by retreating; except that the actor is under no
duty to retreat if he or she is:
      (i) in his or her dwelling and not the initial aggressor; or
(ii) a police officer or peace officer or a person assisting a police
officer or a peace officer at the latter`s direction...

There is no requirement to not shoot someone attacking you if they don't have a gun EVEN in anti gun New York... really, Ben E, you have lost it this time.

  4. Here is the link to a story about a "not white" officer shooting an unarmed white 20 year old who was unarmed last week in Salt Lake City. The police chief won't release the body video and there have not been any riots. Eric Holder and Barack Obanma have not returned calls to come there.

    1. Perhaps the long running institutional racism in Ferguson is what makes this different.

  5. It is tragic that a young man is dead. Tragically, 25 young men are killed every week in Chicago. Tragically, the vast majority of these slain young men in Chicago are black, and are slain by other blacks. Most tragically of all is the fact that no one seems to care about the 25 dead black men in Chicago. It is only news worthy and riot worthy when the killing is done by a white man.

    1. Listening to the blacks and whites discuss this on TV proves the races are 180 degrees apart on the incident. The blacks want instant prosecution while the whites say wait for the facts. Amazing.

  6. This is the type of BS posted on Pelline's blog about this, posted by Curtis Walker:

"Ferguson is the “Canary in the Coal Mine” White Folks. ‘Specially Republican, Libertarian, Tea Party, and any one else of the various right-wing stripes."

It's really going to hit the fan when the Grand Jury decides not to charge the Officer after they are presented the facts.

The protests, looting and destruction will explode and on Pelline;s blog they will "explain" how it's justified. The facts mean nothing to Pelline and his buddies that are attacking the Officer and conservative "white folks".
