Immigrants here illegally must do the right thing

Headed Home, Sorry.

Lots about this in the press the last few days.  It appears the Federal government operatives knew back in January of this year that a flood of illegal immigrant children would be crossing over the border later.  Now it is later and here we go.  Exploiting a loophole ion some 2002 law that says illegal immigrant children from non-contiguous countries must be held rather than sent back with 48 hours. (plus Obama's Executive Order on kids of illegal residents)

So now that the left has overused the "children" of real Americans to sell every program known to man, they now have a whole new mantra.  Children of the world are now being used to sell their communism/liberalism. We American's are now being "guilted" into a forced compassion to take care of these kids.  Well, I think I am compassionate.  I agree we should feed them, provide security and then buy them a one way ticket back to their home country. Escorted of course.

I am amazed at the creativity the left in America has for shenanigans to get their way.  Importing these little kids is their laytest and I must say, who on earth would have ever thought of this except some creative, devious, devilish  libcoms?  I mean the 2002 law was a way to simply recognize that little kids from a non-contiguous country could not practically be sent back with 48 hours.  So a little more time was required to process them.  No one I know could have thought that practical action would mean staying forever more!  Now the Feds are trying to disburse these kids to people claiming to be their relatives and they are all over America.  Get them disbursed so it becomes impossible to find them.  What a scam.

America is in need of some courage to tell those that believe we can survive "open borders" to go to hell.  In my opinion, if we want these kids to be loved and taken care of we need to reunite them with their blood relatives in their home countries.  That is true "family values".  So, we gather these munchkins, put them on a plane and send them back.  I bet they want to be with their mom and dad.  These are little people without opinions who just want their parents love and attention.  Let's be truly compassionate and reunite them!

We see though that someone in the government knew this would take place.  They even rented buses in advance, many months ago, to transport these kids all around the country.  We need to find out who these people are and toss them into jail and throw away the keys.  They are "fifth columnist" who have the destruction of our country as their goal.

Back in the 1920's and 30's Joseph Stalin decided on a way to secure the future of the USSR by subterfuge of great creativity.  Rather than simply murder everyone in a country he invaded he decided to ship Russian there to live.  He did this for many years and all those who lived there and resisted he shipped to Siberia!  Over time he was proven out.  Look at the Ukraine today!  The Crimea and Eastern Ukraine have a majority of Russians.  Same with some Baltic countries and others.  Why not move millions of people from south of our border into America and eventually gain control?

It really seems to me that this could be a plausible way to redistribute America's wealth to others.  Why would we want millions of people who don't assimilate into our American culture?  Why would we want multiple languages?  Uneducated people without ties to the basic premise of America, you know, the LAW, not men, rule.  Why would we allow the liberals and their sycophant press make us feel guilty?  I don't.  I love all people but we have to live by the rules of the country.  My goodness, it is anarchy if we don't.  Most Latinos who are here legally agree with me.  But the politicians are afraid of how the leftwing press will portray them so they don't really speak their minds.  Look what they did to Tancrdo of Colorado.

So, we have to show solidarity to the people of Murrietta in Southern California and any others who are standing up t this mass lawbreaking by Obama and his minions.  It will come to things people don't want.  We don't need millions of people bringing in diseases we had eradicated.  We don't need more on the "freebie rolls" of government handouts.  We need to stop this insanity or end up like the Crimea and the Baltics.  America will become a distant thought if we do not ask of those wanting to come here to do it right.  If you are here illegally, go home and apply for entry through the legal process.  Obama, secure the border and keep us safe.  We don't want ISIS type messes here.

The conditions in supposedly democratic Central America right now are far worse for children than anything in Cuba. Hell on earth for youngsters down there right now.

Shit dude make up your mind.....do you want the government pointing guns at children or not?

  3. Once again you miss the bigger point of the immigration from the south issue. Why are people coming to the US in bigger numbers in the last 20 years than ever before from the south? Could it be our free trade agreements that give the US transnational companies an advantage over small farmers and agriculture setting in motion a rural exodus throughout the entire region to the cities flooding the work pool. This is creating a big chunk of the population to become desperate. When desperate people do desperate things like leave their home countries, families, and friends to try and get a better life despite hostile environment.

Your blind spot is the fact you rarely empathize with the plight of others, therefore ignore the circumstances that causes their actions. You see the negative result of these policies and cry foul. We should to try and change the circumstances before labeling people criminals and unworthy of sympathy.

    2. Yes Ben Emery, since you claim to be so in tune with the downtrodden south of the border, what is you answer or answers to the influx of these illegals? Are you willing to some into your home?

Also, please point out the proof of your claim that I am rarely empathetic with the pligh of others. I am curious so please direct me to those comments I made.

It would appear to me that you blame America for NAFTA as well. Isn't that the point Trunpka was making the other day in a sopecch bashing America? Also, was NAFTA only signed by the USA? Were there not other countries that signed the treaty as well?

So please Ben Emery, tell my readers your solutions wqe are all ears.

And once again welcome to my world of pro-life as your defense of the right of Chinese women to birth a girl is very welcome from you, a committedd leftist.

Even though we are done I wanted to post this one more time for you to paste and make a short snide remark to.

I have been posting this for at least 4 years around the blogosphere in one form or another. Since you guys don't really read what I say but rather just go after me personally I wouldn't expect you to remember.

Here is the long term solution, which will need some wage/ policy adjustments once the population and system balances out.

      1) End our Free Trade Agreements

      2) Enforced existing laws on large industry employers Agriculture, Restaurant/ Hotel, Processing, ect... a whole lot easier going after a few hundred well known CEO's than 11 million people hiding

      3) E-verify. It takes a couple of minutes and usually those who know their information is being run through will not come back to the same employer. No Jobs No Illegal Immigration

      4) Create a migrant worker program allowing a legal but temporary easy passage between the agreed nations

I repeated made reference to the fact that I identify as libertarian and on at least two occasions received tacit acknowledgement from you....this prior to you claiming that you had no idea of my basic political position.....so spare me the whining about, "...you guys don't really read what I say". The claim can be just as easily applied to you.

      On to your specific points.

      1) I understand your position on trade treaties. You've made your point on numerous occasions. If you have a mechanism for accomplishing this then please post it. As I said, I've seen you state your wishes repeatedly...I don't recall you posting anything about how you plan to get there.

Actually Ben our sole point of agreement regarding public policy gets you 70% of everything you claim to want and from my point of view is beneficial because it fractures rampant and unaccountable government power.

End the Federal Reserve and globalism as it's now being implemented falls apart.

2 & 3) Fine... good luck getting this government to enforce it.

      4) Again fine but no path to citizenship that allows the democrats to fatten up the voter roles. No line jumping. No special privileges for lawbreakers.

    5. I think I missed anything from Ben emery on the responsibilities of anyone coming here illegally. Did I miss that? So if NAFTA was so terrible Ben Emery, why did we get told countless times by you and the left that we Americans would not do certain jobs and the results were we needed the flood of 20 ,illion illegals into America to do them? If the jobs went elsewhere why was there a dearth of them here? Also, in thew old "bracero days" the workers would come here and work then go home. Now we house, feed and cloth them, provide medical and all the other accouterments of life and they send their money south to relatives. Not a win win for America is it?

So, your solutions are really not solutions but they are "punishments" to Americans and our businesses. Such an easy target you are with your lefty crap.

If you have unwanted bugs in your kitchen because they love that you keep your crackers stored on the floor, what do you do? By cans of Raid and bug poison and put it all around your kitchen or would you remove the crackers from the floor?

Take away the jobs created by illegal hiring practices from the biggest offenders and the unwanted guests don't show up. My solutions are the smartest ones that cost the least amount of money, least amount of hardship or suffering, and most of all would be the most effective.

Are those people to work? Not the children of course....they are here to serve as anchor points for others from the south. Are they to go on public assistance.....how do you balance the needs of these people with those already here...not to mention the taxpayers?

    1. What is sad about p[people like Ben Emery is they are all compassionate in their own minds yet not in the real world. Since he knows nothng about me he assumes based on his biases that I am somehow what he thinks I am. We on the right don't wear our emotions on on sleeves. We actually do something wth our empathy (while resisting patting ourselves on our backs) . I have yet to see Ben Emery volunteering at the homeless shelter or the Food bank. I never saw him at the Meals on Wheels headquarters using his own vehicle to distribute hot food to the poor and elderly. Never saw him with a hammer at a Habitat for Humanioty day. Heck, I looked for him at the Salvation Army donating his old clothing but he was no where to be found. No, I think Ben Emery os just a bloviator and a hero in his own mind. Just like "Meteor Man", that fellow in the movie.

  6. Here is a post of mine on Facebook this morning about immigration/ jobs in Cambodia that supports my solutions posted above. Clamp down on hiring practices and people will not migrate. The lure of a job makes them take dangerous risks and endure severe exploitation. My wife when she lived in Switzerland for years in the 80's had to turn her passport over to the village/ town authorities where she lived in and had to prove she had legal employment before she could begin living there. A different approach that doesn't give the advantage to big business to hire a powerless workforce that they can exploit while at the same time driving down wages/ benefits of legal workforce. The article and my brothers insights also illustrates the how entire cultures are being dismantled by the land grabs going on around the world by trans national corporations. Take the ability to grow enough food and earn a living people become desperate.

    Facebook post-
My brother is a amazing man and I couldn't be more proud of him. Here is an email he sent me this morning from rural Cambodia. Globalization and the small few at the top in an ever growing unequal global society are slowly gobbling up all the land and therefore the culture that goes with living with and on that land. It is sad to see.

    Email

Living near the Thai border myself, out migration is one of the biggest obstacles to our development work here. Nearly 100% of the old people in the villages now says that "it is so quiet, the village is quiet, there are no young people here anymore." Some of the stories you here from people after coming back from the border are really bad. Even with this, things are so bad here as far as jobs go-- the elite are slowly but surely taking all of the ag land in the country or the it is being given away to massive international companies in the form of land concessions-- that young people don't know what else to do.
It's going to change, in our lifetimes (that means long lifetimes!)

The issue is the law. You apparently still put no weight on the fact America is a country of laws and the illegals are breaking them. I bet you love the law when it prosecutes someone saying bad things against your favored groups right Ben Emery? Homosexuals, illegals, muslims, man, say something you don't like and you get all upset. But when we simply ask these people to get in line and apply like a true, law baiding person should do, you go apoplectic. \\You are a cartoon Ben Emery, you simply need to mature some more and perhaps do a bit more ctitical thinking about your ideological.

    3. Todd,
Has it escaped you that hiring undocumented and illegal immigrants is the actual law that is being broken? That exploiting people by paying under minimum wage under the table is illegal? That not not paying people wages due is illegal? That not having a minimum safety standard for work conditions is illegal? What the workers have done is break a law to try and improve their lives through working hard, and that is the law you are worried about.

Of course not because you are a contractor who has most likely violated every single one of the things I have listed. There a many good contractors but there as many crooked contractors and my guess is you were one of them. That is why your homes are in foreclosure and have back property taxes unpaid, you're a real gem of a citizen.

  7. Todd,
You once again earn the distinction of being a disease. A comment that didn't have a single derogatory remark or inclination and all you hurl back on insults, you truly are an empty vessel.

"What is your brother doing there? Is he teaching them how to fish? Or is he burying the bones of the Kymer Rouge, those communists who spread the wealth? "

You are a fu**ing a$$hole for making jokes about the Khmer Rouge and the genocide. My brothers wife mother got killed in that genocide and my brothers partner saw dozens of people in his village get their heads chopped off when he was like 14 years old which sent into the bush and a two year journey trying to get to the Thai border. He lived off bugs and the earth and witnessed some of the most horrific atrocities a person can see, and you think making a joke is appropriate. I have met and talked with dozens of people who have had similar experiences on my trips to Cambodia.

What your stupid ass can't distinguish is the difference between totalitarian regimes (cults) and political systems. Stalin was a absolute brutal totalitarian cult leader as was Hitler and your tiny little mind cannot make that distinction.

It was hard to do but you dropped many rungs on my morality ladder with those comments. I will never forget or forgive you for making such comments. I truly wonder how you can consider yourself a peaceful Christian? It must burn every time you step foot into a holy place. Remember I will not forget this thread and in fact will save the remarks to remind how much of a piece of sh!# you really are.

    3. Did not read your paste. I am a person that needs no instructions on Jesus from you. You seem to toss around something like Jesus without having a basis in HIS teachings and/or be;iefs. When you grow out of your hubris you may become worthy of my compliments.

    4. This is kind of funny. It's surprising how many use Jesus to back up their argument if you disagree. They point to him as being a wimp who doesn't stand up to the bad guys. A poor example that doesn't point out how he went after the money changers in the temple with a whip. And then when Satan told Jesus he would be given the exalted position to rule over the entire world (like Obama) if he would bow down to Satan. Jesus refused and became a marked man for persecution and death. When I look at history and every day individuals....my heroes are those who take a stand for what is good and right rather than what's in it for me. BMW

    5. Great perspective BMW. It does amuse me as well that non believers try to tell us how Jesus would have done this or that and yet they could care less about their personal salvation. But that is the liberal for you. I do like the story of Jesus booting the money men out. Kind of like Wall Street Bankers run amok.

I don't read Ben Emrery's cut/paste crapola any more it is a waste of my precious time. He is bereft of original ideas.

  16. Here, let's do this again. Don't worry Ben, Todd talks a mean game but its true, he has no ability to back it up. He has threatened to sue me twice. Have not been served yet. Just sitting on his porch of a blog drinking beer and yelling at people to get off his grass in cyberspace.

    2. That's right fish. Unlike the effeminate tax cheat punk from Truckee Ben Emery had the balls to apologize. All is good here.
