Liberals Lie Profusely about "bi-partisan", who wooda thunk?

A nation "divided ",we hear those words all the time.  They say our  nation is divided because the wascally Republicans, more specifically, those wascally conservatives, are just intransigent and unyielding in the daily politic of getting along.  Yes, we hear it from the media types, we hear it from the democrats, and we hear it now even from some of the Republican establishment types.  They say we need to change, we need to be more "tolerant", they say we need to be less "partisan".  We are supposed to give up our positions from homosexual marriage to abortion to religion and guns.  We are only going to survive if we become, gasp! Them!

Liberals and their stenographers, formerly the "journalists" of America, have a constant drumbeat on our heads to become what they want us to be.  Now why would they be helping us I ask?  Why would our opposition be so ready to give us advice to steal their constituencies away?  Why is it they think their ways are the only ways to live life and  govern a "free" country?  Why are they so helpful?  I mean look at them a bit more closely regarding politics and campaigning for power.  Why would they risk convincing us to become them and we gather their power and send them packing.  It makes no sense.  So why are they and their stenographers so adamant?

It is a ploy, plain and simple.  They know their constituencies will never move across the proverbial "aisle" so it has to be a ploy.  I think it is simply a Mohamed Ali ropa-dope move.  By constantly keeping the Republicans in the newspapers and TV shows and stating how "partisan" the opposition is, they can create   (and have with the stenographers ) a brand of intolerance and exclusivity.  R's are just a bunch of rich old farts, not interested in bringing into their ranks women, minorities, homosexuals and illegal immigrants.  The liberals point out these lies on a daily basis and then give us all a dose of "how to" fix our shortcomings.  Totally a crock in my view.  They know the stenographers will do their bidding and publish this strategy every day.

Republicans and conservatives are nothing like the democrats and their lackey's in the press make us out to be.  Of course the general population of America will not know we are the greatest donors to the poor in the history of the planet. And that the democrats are the cheapest.  If one compares the social giving of Americans, there is no comparison in the superior giving positions of R's.  But because the press will not "drumbeat" the true facts the facts become lost quickly.

Scott Brown, the former US Senator from Massachusetts is to me the best example of the fallacy of the lefts lie about "partisanship".  Here was a man that was elected to the Senate as a registered Republican in a state 80% democrat.  With the help of the Tea Party he overcame the lefty dynamic and became their Senator.  Then when re-election came about the democrats ran a loony woman, an extreme commie professor, against Brown.  Now Brown was a "middle of the road" Senator so as to better represent his lefty state.  He upset the mainstream R's in the Senate with his votes on some issues and even I was sometimes upset with him.  But, here was a man trying to be "bipartisan" and I got it.

Well, you would think Brown was a right-wing fascist according to the democrats of his state.  They could not support him regardless of his positions.  His positions mirrored both party's.  So, they went after him and defeated him.  The "bi-partisan" lie shoved out by the left is easy to see.  Plain and simple.  It happens all over the country.  One needs only to look at any major city races to see the lie of "bi-partisanship".  I am hard pressed to find any or even a few, R's elected in a major urban setting.  If the lie the left tells was actually true wouldn't we see a few R's?

So, for me the main issue is a simple undeniable fact in politics.  Majority rules and achieving that fact is actually the most important act.  Therefore, knowing that simple fact makes me the smartest person in the room I guess.  No helpful advice from a liberal is true when it come to a "majority" of the chambers of elective office.  It is all about the numbers.  50 percent plus one.  So the next time you hear the left giving us advice on how to attract their constituencies, you will know it is total bullshit.  Don't fall for it.  In fact, work hard on your principles, and elect people reflecting those principles.  Don't let the liberal "ropa-dope" slow you down.

  1. Todd, you are right. You are the smartest person in the room. Your bedroom that is, as long as no one else is in it. Though the armoire might give you a run for your money.

That being said, your analysis here has a fatal flaw: the "libs" as you call them could care less if you follow their lead. You are completely irrelevant to them. When all you old dinosaurs make your final visit to the Dinosaur IHOP in the sky, that's all she wrote boss. Game over. The millenials win, and they are more liberal than your worst nightmare.

Nope, your relevance has sailed. It's a sad tale for sure. And speaking of war criminals, here's a piece I know you will enjoy: http://www.alternet.org/dear-george-bush-and-dick-cheney-you-are-guilty-murder-letter-dying-veteran?akid=10208.6940._6rAF6&rd=1&src=newsletter811738&t=3

    1. Michael A your feelings of inferiority about your life are evident here. I am smarter than my armoire as well as yours. Eat your heart out. Also, I was personally responsible for the demise of the TSA X-ray machines. Every time I went through them the women would stop working and just stare. Can't allow hat so the booted the machines. If you had any equipment between your ears or elsewhere of any decent amount I might give you a thought for competition. Unfortunately, your analysis is as lacking as your personality. LOL!

You seem quite proud of what you consider to be your finest attribute. The TSA X-Ray bit is pretty repetitive at this point so you need another body part to brag about.

Todd is like a old boxer. He was once a contender and a small town champion but got his butt kicked when he moved up in competition. Now he has a is mostly a street corner barker with nothing to sell but last years jive. Kinda sad. I remember when he could take on a room of Libs with deft moves and slick jabs but the years have taken their toll and he doesn't draw a crowd anymore. Probably too many head shots. He never had a good defense except for his long legs and good chin but that was years ago. Now he hides and avoids contact except an annual appearance at the County Fair to pay off debts for his misguided wagers the year before.

    1. I can detect the jealousy PaulE. I know you have feelings of inferiority and use your media connections to extend your manhood into unproven territory so that is why I get a hoot at your writings. I use the TSA as a metaphor for you people who are less than competitive in most areas of human relations. Sorry but you are lacking as is MA in the most competitive department.

Regarding my interaction in politics. I decided to scale back my public life after many years of being in charge. Unlike most whiny libs like you and MA, I actually got involved in local an state issues. I chose those things and did OK. I did them for the people not for me. But since you inferior types on the left are always trying to bring your betters down from our superior perches over you, it is a constant struggle to keep you from blowing your nut.

No, I did my share and now I can just jive with you inferior libs and believe me, it is really hard for me to battle the unarmed. LOL!

  4. Todd,

I am so glad you are here. Otherwise, we would have to build a dinosaur museum so the young un's would know what a cranky old wack 'a doodle looks like!

    Paul,

I really want to be there when Todd buys you that corn dog. I'm assuming that means Todd will be spending the usual hour or two in the Job's Daughters line while you wait patiently, enjoying some fine music, at the Pine Street Stage. I would love to record this whole encounter and put it up on either Peline's, Rebane's, or Crabb's blog.

Todd, whadaya say? Are you game?

    1. Dinosaur? Sorry MA, you are the dinosaur I am the light of hope for people with my anility to organize and get things done. I realize you probably make some cupcakes once in a while for your teachers but that is about all you produce for the country. Liberals like you are just lazy, lazy in the head and lazy in the body. But someday you may make it to my level of experience and importance. LOL!

Oh I do intend to pay make corn dog bet and that is more than a piker like a liberal does. Are you a piker MA? What a hoot!

  7. Funny you mention your anility Todd. Apparently people of your level of anility end up retired and bitter, and tend to project their flaws and fears onto others. I'll stick to hanging with relaxed humans who can take time to empathize with fellow humans, and who can appreciate the amazing things happending in the natural world around them.

    1. You used anilty incorrectly so I would guess you made it to the eighth grade? I am a very happy fellow Pete. You seem to have a chip on your shoulder. Probably hated your father. There are lots of your types and most are MJ users. I realize coping with reality is troublesome for your ilk and therefore I give you a break. Like every liberal, it is never your fault.

    2. You have no clue Todd. I used the word to exactly describe you-

anility: the condition of behaving like an old woman, used especially of men.

As Paul asked, so which college did YOU attend? Which graduate program?

    3. Pete, it definitely decribes you man/woman? Anyway, I am a lovable, vibrant TSA adored fellow. You and PaulE, not so much.

    4. Todd, why did you mention your anility if you don't want to expound on it for our benefit?

    5. Pete I think you have an inner conflict with your own gender identity. Do you cross dress? LOL!
