Brian Ross, face of journalistic evil? |
James Holmes, shooter, yes, the true face of evil |
HERE is the Ross BS.
Problem is, there are 16 men with the same name as the killer in Colorado, (probably more) and one was listed on the Tea Party website as a recent member. The man was in his 50's and the killer is 24! Of course Ross and Stephy intimate a connection without facts. But this is how the lefty lamestreams start the lies. "oh, we aren't sure it is the same guy", says Ross and Stephy, so why in the hell say it then! The poor innocent fellow's girlfriend was already quizzed while applying for a job!
They pop off before the facts are known. We saw this journalistic malpractice in the shooter in Tucson and the nut in Norway and the 1996 Atlanta Olympics bombing. When the real truth was uncovered the lamestreams had egg on their faces. But as good liberals, they just ate the egg and did it again and again. Thank goodness for other media sources who waited for the truth.
What we need to do is pray for the victims of the scum bag murderer and ask the lamestreams to stop their incessantly divisive attempts to blame the wrong people. It is the killers fault for goodness sakes Brian Ross, not granny of the Tea Party.
Poor journalism, nothing more, nothing less. Absolutely nothing to do with left or right. Same as the other examples you cited. Why bring politics into it? After all, the Tea Party is non-partisan.
ReplyDeleteOK, the Tea Party lies to us about their partisanship. I can buy that.
ReplyDeleteNo, the Tea Party has many different type political members. You are simply wrong.
DeleteSuch the diverse group. LOL!
DeleteYep.
DeleteActually, the Tea Party did not have even one arrest since their inception. Your pals the Occupiers have had a thousand. They had some rape tents and beat some girls up. You must be proud!
DeleteOh yeah rape tents. Sure Todd. Lets stop the nonsense.
DeleteThe Tea People are angry people, widely understood. Ross jumped to a stupid conclusion. He is an idiot. But I don't see lefty ideology playing any part.
You must live in a cave Robert. That was widely reported. Please Robert, give us a link to a Tea Party person arrested during a event would you please? We saw where over 10000 OWSers were arrested.
DeleteEvery time there has been a high profile shooting, LIB news has always blamed it on a "possible" Tea Party member. From the Gifford shooter, to Zimmerman.
ReplyDeleteThe Left has done it's damnedest to disarm the law abiding citizen for decades.
It's time the pendulum swings the other way. We need more armed citizens on the streets. Criminals love those gun laws. They don't apply to them. So they get caught now and then. They do a little time, get out and promptly find another gun.
Read our local police blotter. Felons found with guns on a weekly basis.
It should be mandatory that every law abiding citizen to own and carry a gun.
It sure didn't take long for the anti gun crowd to jump on this bandwagon.
ReplyDeleteMayor Bloomers of N.Y.C. is on his anti gun stump as I speak.
Background checks and psychological testing need to be pre-requisites to owning a firerm. Common Sense.
ReplyDeleteThen a majorety of Progressives would be inelegible, since common sence is lost on them.
DeleteLibs have disarmed the populis which now allows for this kind of rampage to happen. 911 sure worked great. ,,Didn't it? How many minutes did it take for the cops to get there?
We need more honest citizens on the streets who are proficiant with guns, not less.
Or perhaps rural gun-nuts/NRA members/tea party types really don't want to reveal their crminal or mental health backgrounds. They'd rather stockpile semi-automatic weapons in their paranoia, waiting for those elusive goverment agents to come to their front door.
DeleteNo reason in the world why anyone would need Semi-Automatic weapons, and no reason in the world why a background check shouldn't be conducted on potential buyers- NONE.
Folks in more progressive countries have much more Freedom from Fear. Sounds good.
There is this little doc. called the 2ND Amendment.
DeleteAnd this guy is more OWS the TP. Proof once more that Liberalism is a mental disorder.( so just who needs to be checked?)
In most mass killings, and high profile shootings, it's been a LIB pulling the trigger. But they love to blame the Conservatives at every turn.
But rest assured "O" will stump on this for more gun laws targeting law abiding citizens. Bloomberg is already capitalizing on it.( never mind he has armed security all around him, in a city where guns are outlawed. Go figure)
I think the shooter is a DailyKos/Schumer reader Walt. Maybe a Barney Frank fan too. That makes it even with the lib nuts. LOL!
DeleteWhy would you make a Barney Frank reference- homophobic much?
DeleteWhy, are you a homosexual?
DeleteHey Walt, everyone in the theater should have had a gun! Brilliant stuff my friend. Then you would have had dozens of people firing away blindly in the dark. You are so smart! Should've thought of that.
ReplyDeleteOne person with a gun might have saved them all. How do you squarer that with 71 shot and 12 dead Robert?
DeleteI don't believe that for a second. Who's the ONE PERSON? An assigned Neighborhood Volunteer like Zimmerman? Oh yeah.
DeleteWhy not?
DeleteYou could end up with a murderous nutcase like Zimmerman firing away.
DeleteNope, Zimmerman is a textbook case of self defence. Why are you so against self defence?
DeleteHe killed an innocent young person. Everyone with a brain knows that some self appointed and armed volunteer Barney Fife firing away in a theater is a recipe for even more death. You want to create a government agency to assign armed guards to every mall, every theater in America? LOL.
DeleteHe wasn't innocent when he was pounding Zimmerman's head into the cement. Nice try. And obviously you have no clue of what one goes through to obtain a CWP.
DeleteAnd NO,,, it's LIBS like you that want a police state. Hence the disarming of the American populace. Since the Left can't really wipe the 2ND Amendment off the books, they push gun laws that make gun ownership damned near impossible. Look at all the cities with draconian gun laws like Chicago and New York. The law abiding citizen is unarmed but gun violence is sky high. Those gun laws are working just great... Aren't they??
So Robert, if Trayvon was on top on Zimmerman and beating him senseless, should that be OK? It seems you have decided he can kill Zimmerman (since he says he feared for his life) for simply trailing the fellow. So, should it be OK then to kill someone for trailing you?
DeleteObviously its not OK to kill someone who is following you. Thats a funny question since Trayvon had no weapon except a bottled iced tea. Its never OK to kill an unarmed person with a lethal weapon/gun in a public place. Zimmerman is up for murder, rightly so. Too bad Georgie.
DeleteSo Robert, did Zimmerman know Trayvon was unarmed? Did Trayvon know Zimmerman had a weapon? My question is very unsilly. If someone is trailing you and you then attack that person and they believe you are trying to kill them, does that person hve the right to save themselves? Also, the DA has charged him but it will be a jury who decides his fate. If he is deemed to have "stood his ground" in self defense, will you accept that?
DeleteThis kook targeted the theater knowing full well the chances of someone there being armed was slim to none. That is the mark of a true coward.
ReplyDeletePeople like this would turn and run at the thought of someone shooting back.
Just like the old geezer that shot the two armed hooded thugs at the Internet cafe.
Who would bring a gun there? They found out the hard way. Too bad the elder hero didn't have a bigger cal. gun. They would be taking their dirt nap today, instead of being cared for by taxpayer dollars.
Now let the Left's excuse factory for this poor misunderstood kid kick into high gear.
We have heard that he couldn't find a job with is Masters Degree. HHummmm ..What radical camp did we hear gripe about that? OWS???? Lets wait and hear how many protests he has attended from that group.
And if so,,, What will your excuses be then?

ReplyDeleteCome on.... You can't even get that one right.
DeleteThat was JOHN Holmes. Now you have an excuse to study
porn and put that computer to some good use for a change.
Walt, I took out anonymous for his smart mouth. Not even I want people to read that crap here.
DeleteDang Walt, your right as my sad attempt at humor and porn surfing hasn't shown any credance sorry for the bad taste....

ReplyDeleteOur gun haters have some explaining to do. They have bitched about a private citizen " with minimal training" shooting and killing bad guys.
ReplyDeleteWell,,, a "well trained" police officer shot and killed his own son he "believed"
was an intruder. That news hit today. His son was unarmed.
Accidents happen, no matter how well trained someone is.
It's NOT the gun. it's the person holding it. A framing hammer can be just as deadly in a crowded situation.
We can't walk down the street with an unloaded gun in full view, but a hammer
hung on a belt is just fine.
Anyone who has contributed a dime to the NRA has some blood on their hands. These gun manufacturers are covered in the blood of countless of these massacres.
ReplyDeleteNot a single proposal to attempt to stop mentallly deranged people from buying assault weapons. Nothing. Its just fine and dandy to allow a sick person like Holmes from accumulating what an averaage, peaceful small nation would consider a decent-sized armory.
The world rightly thinks the USA is nuts in regard to firearms. And we are.
We are worse than nuts.
Robert, there is no NRA in Norway, in fact you can't own a gun there, yet a man killed all those people, many more than Holmes did. Please explain.
ReplyDeleteSince the liberals and the civil rights attorneys were successful in protecting the Constitutional rights of the mentally ill to not be forced into an institution, how do you suggest society deal with them?
Todd I believe the young man in Norway is a conservative too. Kinda puts down the baseless aergument that Walt was trying to promote about liberals and mass killings. And under the current President the 2nd amendment has actually been broadened not weakened.
DeleteActually the Norwegian is a liberal. Please review your history. The Aurora nut is a self described "middle o the road" politically on his Match.com . Try harder Ken. How is that Democrat Central Committee doing?
DeleteTodd you have a severe aversion to truth. Anders Behring Breivik by his own admission is a conservative. In fact he made these statements: "Certain people look more leftist than others," Anders Behring Breivik said on the sixth day of a trial that has transfixed Norway, explaining how he picked off "Marxists" with his rifle and pistol while passing over a young man he thought looked conservative. "This person ... appeared right-wing, that was his appearance. That's the reason I didn't fire any shots at him," said Breivik, 33, whose sanity or lack of it is a prime issue to be determined in the trial. (The Jerusalem Post)
ReplyDeleteAs far as the Democrat Central Committee I have no idea how the group is doing, I am not a Democrat, never have been. Nor am I a Republican. I find both parties to be distrustful. I happen to believe that the current group of Republicans are the most inept and divisive group to occupy DC in a long time. The GOP puts their political party above the viability of America.
Ken Jones
Ken Jones, read this from the UK Telegraph. The fellow is a nut and not a conservative. You are simply incorrect.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/norway/9213218/Norway-killer-Anders-Behring-Breivik-trial-day-four-as-it-happened.html
Well Todd I do agree with you that Anders Behrig Breivik is a nut, but despite your feeble protestations his own words describe him as a conservative. Living in denial seems to be a core tenet of conservative ideology, and you are the living proof. And the link you provided further explained that Anders Behrig Breivik as a conservative:
ReplyDelete7.19am Breivik insisted yesterday he attended a meeting in London in 2002 in which his violent right-wing group, the so-called “Knights Templar,” was founded. It was here, he claims, that he met his English mentor "Richard".
Ken Jones
Todd, Ken is exactly correct. Your correct response would be- OK, true he's right wing, but Norway has weak gun laws and no NRA.
ReplyDeleteThere are degrees of conservatives, just as there are with liberals. Brevik is clearly a CONSERVATIVE, albeit on the extreme lunatic fringe of that ideology, based on his own handwritten scribes and views.
Regardless, the topic remains about the USA, THE most violent of the major nations, the most armed nation on earth. WE are the outlier Todd, and the correlation between the amount of firearms we collectively possess and the violence is absolutely no coincidence.
The simple questions remain:
Why would any rational person be against background checks before a purchase of a firearm?
Is it OK to sell a small armory of weapons and ammunition to a mentallly unstable person?
Why would any American citizen (non LE) require an assault rifle for self defense or hunting? If there is something else besides self-defense and hunting, please let us know.
Ken and Robert, a quick check of several sources confirms the basic, conservative, anti-multiculturictis nature of Breivik. I've copied a short blurb to help Todd with his seeming chronic denialism.
ReplyDeleteAll for nothing as my documented, but long, postwent over the UNPOSTED limit by a few characters and all but the above two sentences were lost.
I think blogger discourages long bloviating cut and pastes EdP. Since you are famous for those maybe you are on their list. LOL!
DeleteHere you guys, this is from Wikipedia and contain the only political association of Breivik. Read it and weep.
ReplyDelete"Breivik became a member of the conservative-liberal Progress Party (FrP) in 1999. He paid his membership dues for the last time in 2004, and was removed from the membership lists in 2006. He then actively withdrew from the party in 2007.
During his time in the Progress Party, he held two positions in the Progress Party's youth organisation FpU: he was the chair of the local Vest Oslo branch from January to October 2002, and a member of the board of the same branch from October 2002 till November 2004.[200][201][202] The chaiman of the Progress Party Youth Organisation (main organisation) believed that Breivik left the party after his view became more extreme. The Progress Party has reduction of immigration to Norway as a part of its political platform.
After the attack, the Progress Party immediately distanced itself from both Breivik's actions and his ideas.[203]"
There, now go play.

DeleteSo liberal brainiacs, what is the conservative-liberal Progress Party? Seems he was you too eh?
DeleteTodd, countering you is all too easy. Wiki is so simple to use:
ReplyDeleteThe Progress Party (Bokmål: Fremskrittspartiet, Nynorsk: Framstegspartiet, FrP) is a political party in Norway which identifies as conservative liberal and libertarian. The media and academics have described it as right-wing populist[8][9][10][11][12] or conservative. It is currently the second-largest party in the Norwegian Parliament, with 41 seats.
Founded by Anders Lange in 1973 largely as an anti-tax movement, the party highly values individual rights and supports the downsizing of bureaucracy and increased market economy; however, it also supports an increased use of the uniquely Norwegian Oil Fund to invest in infrastructure. The party in addition seeks a more restrictive immigration policy and tougher integration and law and order measures.
Oh boy, that really sounds primarily LIBERAL to me! lol.
Well golly, thnks. I was wondering what a Conservative-liberal is and you have cleared it up Robert. It is liberal. LOL!
DeleteAny attempt at rational discourse with Todd is an exercise in futility.
DeleteKen Jones
Typical lefty, no humor. Ken Jones, Hmmm. Have I read your screeds in support of Occupy Wall Street?
DeleteTodd, I have a great sense of humor, just find most of what you write as insulting and really no humor at all. But you and Walt seem to get a kick out of each other. Since Walt is hanging with Glenn Beck I find that absolutely hilarious. No one besides Rush is as much of a clown. Yes Todd I do support OWS. The disparity in the US between the working class and the 1% creates dysfunction and the simple fact that middle class wages fell 7% over the last decade while the rich received extended tax cuts under President Bush and President Obama further increasing the burden on the on the national debt. Without the Bush tax cuts the national debt would be at sustainable levels. Considering that only 2% of "small business" would be affected by not extending the Bush tax cuts, I feel that it is time to end these temporary tax cuts as President Bush intended. So again I do support OWS.
DeleteKen Jones
Why Ken Jones, thanks for clarifying your undying support for those anarchist criminals Occupy Wa,ll Street. I suspected as much based on your comments.
DeleteWalt is having a great time in Texas it appears. Regarding Beck, I never watched his FOX program (I was working) and there are some things he says I disagree with but he sure says important things. Unlike the OWS buds of yours, the 100,000 plus that turned out to Beck's DC rally, cleaned the place up. Unlike OWS who seems to trash the places they go to, just like a 8 year old kid.
Regarding the tax rates due to expire after 11 years. How do you explain the 33% increase that will take place to the poor under the rates when they go away? Also, how come 50% of Americans do not pay any share of the federal income taxes? Where does the 3.7 trillion come from Ken Jones? You OWS people claim you are something different than your contrived 1%. What a crock man. You can't actually believe that leftwing rally cry, can you? America is a great country and the OWS are out to destroy it. Americans en masse have decided you are all kooks and the support has vanished. It is you and your buddies who are the "clowns".
Did I state I have undying support Todd? Nope. As typical you resort to gutter based claims on those that attend an OWS rally. I do hope Walt enjoys himself. No problems with Walt attending any Beck event, it is a free country. Many an OWS event occurs without incidents Todd but again you focus on the minute as some type of "proof" of criminals. It is why so many consider you unreasonable and irrational.
DeleteYes let's look at those that don't pay taxes Todd. Included was my 101 year old grandmother Todd. A life-long Republican. I guess you expect her to pay taxes when she existed on the small SSI she received. Good thing for Grandma she had the support of her kids and grandkids. The poor and elderly are a large percentage of that 46%. Read this to understand why general statements like yours are moot.
http://www.cbpp.org/cms/index.cfm?fa=view&id=3505
OWS is out to save America from those that put profit and greed above simple ethics and morals. To you Todd those are clowns. That speaks volumes about your priorities Todd.
Ken Jones
Ken Jones, you are simply irrational. OWS has thousands arrested, damage in the millions and they trashed every venue they gathered in. You just have to accept the truth or you appear again as out of touch and a super partisan. No Tea Party person arrested and they are in the millions across America. OWS is down to you and you aunt apparently. Anyway, I will take the derision of you liberals. I am honored to get your slights. You and the clowns on the left are becoming irrelevant in our political system because you are too extreme for regular folks.
DeleteRegarding your 101 year old grandmother. God Bless the woman. Yes we need to care for the elderly. There is no disagreement from me or conservatives in general. That is a straw man you libs always use. The 50% who do not pay federal income tax seems to be justified by you. Supply a link on your allegation most are elderly. I want to verify you facts.
No Ken Jones, you are in a minute little extremist niche and I am in the mainstream. Try harder on the insults, you crack me up.
This is Todd's definition of liberal. Yes, he says so-
ReplyDelete"The Progress Party is largely an anti-tax movement, the party highly values individual rights and supports the downsizing of bureaucracy and increased market economy".
I don't get it.
DeleteThat is actually YOUR problem. Not anyone else.
DeleteHuh?
DeleteTodd, again I was totally civil and polite, only citing what was obvious, your denying the veracity of everything Ken and Robert had to say. But you resort to insult.
ReplyDeleteKen I've said the same thing as you have discovered, one can't even try to carry on a civil, intelligent dialog with Todd. If one makes a statement as fact--as you constantly do, Todd,--it's like a thesis, needing supporting examples, studies, historical parallells, etc.; very basic methodology which you call bloviating. You expect your assertions to be unquestioned and accepted as udisputable truth when they are usually so easily disproved to an open mind. Goes for you to Walt. Too bad neither of you ever name any neutral reading material, just so everyone could grasp the limits and range of subject mastery. I certainly would, should I have a blog, which I have been encouraged to launch, but can't, due to matters beyond my control
EdP, you are boring man. You come over here and insult then claim you are not. That is an obvious personal problem of yours.
DeleteI have supplied my links and it appears there is a dispute as to what all of the competing links to the facts mean. That is what debate is all about. Some interpet things differently, I understand.
I would suggest you start your own blog EdP then you can bloviate there and encourage others to come and debate. If you are able to post your long, long, long comments here and elsewhere, you have the ability to start your FREE blog on Google as many of us have done. Go for it.
Todd, we are all wondering why, in the face of having one of your arguments completely discredited, you simply play dumb and ignore reality?
ReplyDeleteHuh?
ReplyDeleteTodd, you're too much. Please point out the insults I made. A honest and factual critique, pointing out the consistent failure of you to prove your case is not insult, nor is providing a link necessarily proving a point.
ReplyDeleteAs far as being boring, Todd my boy, only in your dreams will you ever approach the swashbuckling life I've had . . .
EdP, you need to go to politeness class. I can't help you if you are in denial.
DeleteAs far a swashbuckler, hey, if you were Errol Flynn or Tyrone Power I'd agree. But I think not.
The video of James Holmes in court showed he was heavily drugged. I think this is the profile of many who do violent things to others. A sheriff once told me that alcohol, or drugs are most often the culprits leading to a criminal behavior. It's interesting that so many drug users deny they affect judgement....yet those who study the affects say the opposite. During the last election the production of marijuana seemed to generate the most vocal interest. I thought it was interesting that many considered it a great asset to our local economy.
ReplyDelete
