Rick Perry makes a verbal error and the local leftwingnuts go berserk

Looking for fairness from the leftwing media when a mistake is made by a Republican?  Don't hold your breath.  Rick Perry made a gaffe about which century the Revolutionary War was fought and you would think the world came to an end.  The local liberals rejoice at the gaffe as if they or their favorite son, B. Hussein Obama never made any and if he did it was not as damaging as Perry's gaffe.  What a hoot!  Here is the set of Obama gaffes on just about every issue and the left says, hey, no big deal, he can still be President.  But Perry cannot be President for his gaffe.  I truly believe the left is consumed by a brain virus. Now having made a few speeches off the cuff in my political life, gaffes are just a fact of life.  Usually you are thinking of words down the line and as most humans do, you mix the future words with he current ones and you commit a gaffe.  Perry had just been in the Bloomberg Republican debate and maybe he was pooped.  Based on the comments from the local leftwingnut extremists, I would say they are unqualified to even have an opinion on whether Perry, a Governor of a huge state, is unqualified.  None of these local extremists would vote for him anyway, he is a Republican for goodness sakes.  If they even considered voting for Perry they would be struck with a deadly disease and pass away.

Well there was one person who took the leftwingnut extremist, Jeff Pelline to task and challenged him in his obvious hate for anything Tea Party and conservative. ( I must say Pelline was spanked real good by the poster. I read the leftwing blog just as I read stuff from The DailyKos and other socialist screeds so I can stay on track with their latest crap).

A fellow named Max Roberts took Pelline to the woodshed and Pelline did not like it.  This is what Max Roberts said.

"Jeff- I used to appear on a History Channel program and on one episode I mentioned the name of one individual while clearly meaning another. The faux pas wan’t noticed until the show aired…I caught it. I explained to one and all I misspoke and all was cool…except for one lone viewer who for whatever reason had it out for me. He railed against my ‘incompetence’ to the program, network, Internet, to anyone who wold listen and those who would not. You remind me of that guy, you despise the TP so much you are twisted beyond rationality. And since you refuse to acknowledge my examples, I’ll spell it out…if a Constitutional does not know how may states are in the Union or what a President’s term is, I submit he is unfit to hold that office as he clearly isn’t bright enough to uphold the constitution."

You all can decide but it looks to me the king has no clothes. I have yet to decide who I am supporting but any of the Republican candidates would be far better Presidents than the present occupier of the White House.

  1. But the fact still remains that Ricky Perry is a certified idiot, besides looking like an impotent corpse in the debate.

  2. Now why do you go so nasty? Liberals just can't help themselves and you have proven that.

  3. Apparently the leftwingnuts like Pelline can't take it when their extremist words are challenged. They are the reason the left is shrinking so fast in Nevada County and soon California may return to sanity too. Indies are breaking to Republican in huge numbers.

  4. Left shrinking in Nevada County? What, was there a big group of Yuba County farmers heading up the hill into the snowbelt? Are the progressives moving down into the valley? Pretty funny analysis.

  5. Perry screws up the century and Obama screws up the number of states in the USA. What is the difference? Pelline wants to make political hay from the left over Perry, yet gives Obama a pass. Hypocrisy from the "middle of the orad"

  6. Perry is toast for so many reasons.

Nice that Dan Logue went to Texas to beg Perry to run. Perry is a great gift to the Dem's. The Tea Party has been backing Perry and Perry is going down in flames.

Do you see Logue and others out and about working for Perry after the R debates? No, many of Perry's original supporters are bailing from Perry as fast as possible once the debates hit the air waves.

Perry screwed up tossing in. He should have stayed in Texas. Now Perry is being seen as a joke.

  7. The Tea Party is very flexible. Perry's support has moved over to Cain. Obama is trailing Romney by 12 points in a poll today. Your guy is a joke and has been as a President since day one. November 2012 can't come soon enough.

  8. Someone needs to call Dan logue and let him know that Todd, the Tea Party spokesperson says their Perry support is now with Cain.

Cain? That's even better! Are you joking? Cain vs. Obama? You gotta be joking! I would LOVE to see Cain get the nod from the R's... it will not happen and for good cause.

  9. I think you are a confused person, I am not a Tea Party member. But like you, a true spokesperson for the OWS hippies, I have areas of support for the Tea Party. Since you refuse to acknowledge your candidate Obama is toast, you must be delusional.

  10. Obama is far from toast, with that band of clowns who are opposing him. Likely the money will go to a moderate, Mittster Romney, who believes in govt. support for healthcare and global warming, which already has all the Tea People up in arms. Old Herman is touting Jim DeMint for VP! Uncle Tom Cain and Cracker Jim!
    I LOVE IT :)

  11. I would say Obama is the Uncle Tom. He has been taken over by the Wall Street bankers. Your boy is bought. Ours are free people, including Bachmann. You are being co-opted but must be a bit unable to believe you have been had.

  12. Bachmann? Who's that? See's MIA and toast.

Funny that El Rushbo apparently is absolutely livid that Romney is where he is today. Its impossible for him to imagine a global warming believer and health care reformer ascending to the head of his party. LOL. El Rushbo blames the Republican Establishment for the split and was ranting this morning about guys like Bill Krystal turning their backs on the Tea Party candidates and members.

    Delicious stuff.

  14. Romney is the R's only hope but they are and will splinter and the reduced support for Romney will not get him elected in the big one.

The plan is working great. Go Tea Prty, Go!

Gotta love it when a plan comes together.

  15. You two underestimate the demise of your guy. I love it when our plans have you libs talking this way. Yum!

  16. Romney/Obama will be competitive, IF Romney doesn't veer toward the Tea Party approach. All indications are that big, big Koch money will force the very eelike Mittster to flip flop his way through any potential campaign. As Steve 2.0 indicates however, if the loons on the right succeed in nominating a guy like Cain, there is 100% assurance of an Obama re-election, 100% and take it to the bank. Herman Cain and his insane 9-9-9 plan will never set foot in the White House!
