    Simple. The man was given his sentence for the murder and now is being allowed to breathe. The victim is not confused nor are the family members.

      What you're describing is not being complicit in a murder. Complicit in making the victims' families unhappier than they already are, but not complicit in murder.

    Complicit in adding insult to injury for the victims families who have already suffered at the hands of a POS murderer. Now they are denied justice and are truly feeling the pain all over again at the hands of another POS politician.
