  1. You can't make this stuff up. The FUE is wrong. How Podunk. Will he now delete his post to try and hide it?

The FUE hates the Union newspaper and bashes on them non stop. He posted the following on his blog about the new Union newspaper Visitor Guide. The FUE's claim is false fake news.

BTW, on this map, Avanguardia’s tasting room in Grass Valley is in the wrong location. It’s on another street, 163 Mill St.

No it's not. Avanguardia’s tasting room is at 209 Main Street, not at 163 Mill St as the FUE claims.

He and wife ought to look in the window of 163 Mill, where there’s a sign that Avanguardia is coming there.

  3. I see it's possible to post here now. Once again, Avanguardia's tasting room is moving from 209 Main St. to 163 Mill St., and there is an Alcohol Beverage Sign in sign in the window that the supposedly eagle-eyed troll and his wife did not notice. The Union's map did not capture the move, so tourists who read The Union's Visitor Guide this summer will be directed to the WRONG location. If The Union had checked with Avanguardia's owner (a common journalistic protocal) it would have been able to make the correction. The trolls here are defending the indefensible. It is kind of a big story when Diaz after three grand jury reports still can't train election workers correctly. Pretty sure Diaz had some personal stuff going on as well which have not made it in the paper yet either but I am sure that it will become a campaign issue in the next election.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Yes. I lost to Greg Diaz in every precinct when I ran against him. Lol. And your point is what? I'm not on the grand jury.

My goal in 2010 wasn't as much to win an election as to make sure the public knew the kind of serious misconduct that Greg Diaz had been engaged in and demonstrate his lack of competency. And I think that is becoming extraordinarily clear now.

    ReplyDelete
  27. In your mind, "I've seen him quite a few times at the store in the middle of a work day in jeans and a t-shirt...not in the office" somehow equates to "Diaz is never in the office." Same old bull s*** (AKA hearsay) from our gym school owner turned rural legal beagle.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I never equated anything; you did. I just implied that, based upon my personal experience, there is some truth to the above-referenced allegation, hence no libel by anonymous.

Also, you really don't know what hearsay is apparently. Hearsay is defined as evidence not proceeding from the knowledge of the witness. The above-referenced allegation by anonymous is hearsay (not heresy or heresay), as he is asserting as truth that which someone told him. On the other hand, I am a percipient witness which puts my statement outside of the hearsay rule. Thus here endeth the lesson. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. RLB. lol

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hearsay is "Diaz is never in the office." Prove it and prove why Diaz has not been in the office, if so. Let's bring in all the "witnesses" and interview them under oath. What would it turn up? Nothing.
