    Lamphier who apparently had child porn on his computer, pled no contest. "I don't want to go to trial, but I am really innocent of the charges". Memo to Terry: An innocent person wants to go to trial to prove their innocence, especially with charges like this. The people deserve to know why you did not plead innocent.

    Well he pleaded "no contest" so that must mean there was something there I guess. I withheld my opinion all this time to not ore-judge. It appears Terry did it.

    Todd you should do a post about the facts of this case. All of the public evidence points to his guilt but he is claiming innocence and positioning himself to run for public office again. What do we have to do?

    I wish Heidi Hall and the Bernie commie democrats in Nevada County could find some spine and stand up with Lamphier publicly instead of attacking the Sheriff and Law Enforcement for doing their jobs. Protecting our kids is lost in all the global warming brain washing of kids.
