Golly, Romney has a foreiegn policy opinion! Lamestream media goes bonkers!

The most powerful man in the world, President Obama, can't seem to grasp his responsibility in his interactions with the Muslim world.  So now we have an Ambassador murdered and his and Hillary Clinton's response is tepid and apologetic.  What has the place come too?

So into the breach we see Mitt Romney, Obama's opponent in the upcoming November election, put his cards on the table about the murders in Libya.  And the press, those dictation experts for Obama, will have none of it.  How could he even think about telling the American people about his view on this they say,  Isn't there some "rule" that differences in foreign policy by Americans end at the "water's edge"?  How could Romney publicly disagree with the President on this?  Well, it looks to me like Romney is right on this and Obama is wrong and Americans need to hear it.

The water's edge used to be an unwritten policy honored by all.  But our old pal William Clinton changed that as he did with other traditions practiced by retired Presidents.  He started mouthing off about every little thing and ol" Jimmy Carter jumped in and the tradition was blown to smithereens.  Those two loud mouths couldn't help themselves and we all got to see and read their opinions on everything "Bush" for the last ten or twelve years.  And the lamestream media was so excited about these traditions being broken (only old Republicans could be so "traditional") that they duly transcribed every deed and every word.  Hell, Clinton was getting $100,000 a speech and telling people all over the planet how wrong Bush and his foreign policy were no good.  Carter too. 

But now the lamestreams favorite failure is in charge and they are outraged the Mitt Romney has a differing view than Obama on the foreign policy issue and he should just "shutup" and let Obama alone.  Yeah sure I say, what is good for the goose.  Obama and Hillary are giving the Muslims too many breaks.  They don't seem to understand you give those thugs any slack and they come back and blow you up and murder innocents.  It seems they are in to the appeasement strategy again.  This never works in the long term because human nature is to achieve hegemony over others.  Whether in daily individual life or as a country.  Russia and Iran are good examples.  Our foreign policy encourages them to thumb their nose at us and the civilized world.

Russia supports the scum Assad in Syria while he slaughters his own people and because Obama and Clinton are weak, Putin just keeps pushing.  Iran and the little Hitler, Ahmadinejad (and the Mullahs of course) could care less about our foreign policy and phony outrages against them and their nuclear endeavors.

So into the appeasement vacuum created by the Obama Administration comes Romney to give some perspective on American values and our responsibility to deal with murdering scum.  I say thanks to Romney.  He reaffirmed our historic positions on these kinds of outrages.  The Teddy Roosevelt strategy if you will.  And it is important.  The big stick was put away by Obama and Clinton and Romney is prodding them to get it out of the closet (hell, they let everything else out of the closet!) and use it.  Sometimes America has to smack the killers with the stick.  Obama is too weak, Clinton is simply a fan of Palestinians and does not want to rile them.  Romney is right on this one and the lamestreams are so in the tank for Obama they can't see their folly.
