After watching the embarrassing presentation by President Obama last week in the "jobs" speech to a joint session of Congress, I was scratching my head about what he actually y meant. Of course he had no plan, just rhetoric, as usual. Well now he has submitted a "plan" and it is a doozy. The country is is in a deep recession yet Mr. Obama wants to tax tax tax. Then he wants his bureaucrats to take the money, decide who gets it for which endeavor (graft to unions in my opinion) and sit back and puff up his chest like he actually accomplished something.
His plan makes things worse but he did make a point, over and over again. Here is the point. I don't think he was serious though.
We will be taxing the wealthy, who have the most ability to help our nation. There's no way around it without the US defaulting. Doesn't matter what anyone says, to solve a money problem you go where the money is. Childhood poverty now at a modern all-time high, and tricklin' down ain't gonna cut it.

Wrong again Rob. The problem is spending not revenue. The tax burden on the middle class has wiped out the nuclear family, made crack and meth popular and made a whole generation of people dependent on government handouts. We need less government not more. We spend a trillion plus dollars on social programs and food and shelter programs. The money is misspent by a uncaring bureaucracy but hey, liberals have good intentions right? No, taxing the people that are successful to shift it too others that don't put back squat into the economy or the government they rely on is is the problem. I say we help people that truly need our help, disabled, mentally challenged etc., and the rest have to work for my money I send to help. Restore some semblance of self esteem to those the liberals have robbed from them.
ReplyDeleteTodd,
ReplyDeletePoverty will only get worse under a destruction of social programs. Worse and worse. Its not Christian, and its Un American to destroy these vital program. Trickle down never worked, never has, never will. So, are you going to go work for the government as the guy who determines who sits in the curb and who gets aid? Ah simplicity!

Sure, make me king and I'll solve it all. Christians are already and have always bee, helping the folks that need help. Leave out the middle man (government) and the country will recover from the liberal destruction. Today's news should really make you think hard about your position. We spend trillions on the programs you hold dear and still we have increased poverty numbers. With a population that sits on its butt getting handouts from the middle and upper class earners, you must be thinking of some other country.
ReplyDeleteLook around Furobe. Things will get better for you if you try to accept what you see tangible proof of as reality. Your problems are all a result of not being masculine enough to deal with the truth.
ReplyDeleteLOL. How masculine is the truth exactly Bob?
ReplyDeleteJust what I expected. I know you think you have obstructed the disclosure of your psychosis but no one is fooled by your attempt to change the meaning of the comment. Sorry Furobe, you are destine to be forever miserable. You are a pathetic slobbering fat-ass disgusting fool and you display it every time you post here or on any other blog including your own. I wish I could say a gave a shit but you are just too repulsive for me to muster the empathy.
ReplyDeleteBen Emery could even beat Obama.
ReplyDeleteHey Bob, I guess I touched a major nerve with you yesterday, ha? LOL. Gosh Bob, that was truly a world class rant!
ReplyDeleteThank You! Glad you liked it.
ReplyDeleteIf Bob represents the type of people that Obama will have to beat, he will have no problem in the next election.
ReplyDeleteDan
I think Bob represents a rather huge part of America that is disaffected by you liberals and you loe Obama. Enough of them? Maybe.
